Many Canadian students have undertaken the journey to becoming a doctor in the UK. There are several excellent opportunities to study medicine at a number of highly rated schools with a well-respected history of training physicians for decades. You should be aware that the requirements for medical school in the UK are just as rigorous as here in Canada, and a strong UKCAT score is always necessary. However, attending UK medical school is a chance to study in a new and challenging environment while living and learning in a new country with unique experiences. Applications are now being made for Fall 2022.
