The University of Aberdeen has forged this unique medical degree program where international students spend the first three years in Aberdeen studying alongside other medical students at the University. They then transfer to Sri Lanka to undertake a range of clinical placements and complete the final two years of the programme.

The degree is ideal for International students as it provides an opportunity to gain clinical experience in two healthcare systems as well as exposure to a diverse range of patients, conditions and experienced clinicians. Excellent support and facilities will be available to students in both the UK and in Sri Lanka.  

There are specific prerequisites which are required in order to apply including Chemistry and Biology. A UCAT score is also mandatory. If you have not already written the UCAT you may register to do so here https://www.ucat.ac.uk/
